Stop the Cycle
Generational cycles are patterns of thinking, relating, coping, and behaving that are passed down through families over time. These patterns often form in response to pain, trauma, unhealthy communication, or unclear identity. Without intentional change, they quietly shape how people handle conflict, express emotions, set boundaries, choose relationships, and view themselves. Many people assume “this is just how I am,” when in reality they were trained by the environment they grew up in.
This is why I developed the Cycle Breaking Model.
The Cycle Breaking Model is a practical, faith-centered framework designed to help people interrupt and transform these inherited patterns. It emphasizes six key movements:
-
Becoming anchored in a secure spiritual identity
-
Developing a desire for truth
-
Rebuilding self-worth
-
Allowing healthy outside voices to influence growth
-
Taking intentional action
-
Establishing clear relational boundaries.
Together, these steps move a person from survival-based reactions to purposeful, healthy living, not just for their own freedom, but for the generations that follow.
The Cycle Breaking Profile Assessment is a simple but powerful tool designed to help you recognize how unhealthy relational and emotional patterns may have been passed down through generations and are still influencing your life today. By identifying your primary and secondary cycle patterns — such as Peacemaker, Performer, Fixer, Avoider, and others — you gain clearer insight into why you respond the way you do in stress, conflict, and relationships. This awareness is the first step toward real change. The goal is not to label you, but to equip you with understanding so you can take intentional steps toward healthier boundaries, stronger identity, and a new legacy for the future.
